OCTG products are divided into tubing and casing. Tubing is mainly used for the recovery channel of oil and gas from the bottom of the well to the wellhead. while casing ismainly used to prevent formation collapse, protect and seal various complex formations, stabilize wellbore walls, establish oil and gas channels, install wellhead equipment, etc.It is divided into surface casing, production casing (oil layer casing), technical casing (intermediate casing), etc.

BSG's current specialized pipe products mainly include API series casing and tubing, SEW casing and tubing, and BJC-I, BJC-Il series. SEW oil casing is a patented product that fillsthe domestic gap, mainly used in high formation pressure oil wells such as rock salt layers, mudstone layers, and high-pressure injection wells.The BJC-I series casing meets the second level of IS0 13679:2002 standard. Mainly applicable to medium and low-pressure gas wells, high-temperature gas wells, gas wells withcorrosive conditions, and ultra deep horizontal oil wells with well depths5000m, temperatures150 ℃, internal pressures60MPa, dogleg degrees20°/30m, and fracturingpressures90MPa. On site application has shown that BJC-I special threaded oil casing has reliable sealing performance and good connection strength, with the characteristics ofsmooth and fast fastening.

BJC-Il series casing meets has passed the current strictest API 5C5-2017 standard level four evaluation, mainly suitable for high pressure, deep well, ultra deep well, longhorizontal well, large displacement well and ultra deep horizontal oil well with well depth ≥ 5000m, temperature ≤ 150 °℃, internal pressure ≥ 60MPa, dogleg degree = 20 °/30m,and fracturing pressure s 150MPa. On site application has shown that BJC-Il special threaded oil casing has high strength, high toughness, high gas tightness, as well as excellentanti sticking, tensile and compressive properties
