We independently developed a full-automatic integrated production line for large-tow carbon fiber spreading and slitting. It supports industrial mass production of uniform spreading and precise slitting for 48K-480K large-tow PAN carbon fiber. Breaking foreign technical monopoly, the upgraded precision splitting process covers the whole production process including pretreatment, nano coating, constant temperature drying, fine cutting and resin impregnation. All core equipment, nano sizing materials and special resins are self-developed for high-end carbon fiber deep processing.
