Product Application
Zloone Longitudinal welded products are mainly submerged arc longitudinal welded pipes (hereinafter referred to as SAWL). According to the definition in API Spec 5L, SAWL is asteel pipe manufactured using the submerged arc welding process and featuring one or two longitudinal welds. Due to their large diameter and high-pressure capacity, SAWLare commonly used in long-distance oil and natural gas transmission trunk lines, large-scale petrochemical and urban gas engineering projects, as well as offshore oildevelopment projects. They are capable of withstanding high pressures and can adapt to harsh marine environments.

Production Equipment
Owned two JCOE production lines, complemented by one integrated internal and external coating production line. The JCOE production lines are equipped with advancedmachinery such as a pipe edge milling machine, forming machine, and expander from SMS MEER, Germany. The production lines are capable of manufacturing long-distancecompliant with PipeChina (DEC standard series), API Spec 5L and other specifications. The maximum pipe diameter is 1422 mm, the maximum wall thickness is 58.8 mm, the higheststeel grade is X100, and the maximum length of a single pipe is 18.3 meters. The annual production capacity exceeds 700,000 tons.
